About This Build
You will have some trouble, if you don't read this guide. However after many attemps I finally got EVERYTHING (except sound) working! Solve the sound problem with a USB sound card.

0. Reset BIOS to defaults, ensure IDE mode is set to AHCI.

1. Using Unibeast (USB Install) I installed OSX Lion (10.7).
- Everything will install A-Okay, in fact the entire system will be usable when done.
- App store most likely will not work at this point (for now)
- Mobo BIOS will checksum/reset everytime you restart (for now)

2. Install the combo update
- Update to 10.7.4

3. Run Multibeast "Easybeast"
- Also install the boot loader "Chameleon" (included with MultiBeast)
- Now when you boot without using the USB drive (ala chameleon), the BIOS will no longer reset

4. Modify org.chameleon.boot.plist in /Extra
*arguments must be written between <dict> </dict>

<key>PCIRootUID</key>
<string>1</string>
<key>EthernetBuiltIn</key>
<string>Yes</string>

- This will correct the App Store issue

5. Done
- I've installed xcode, games... the works. Everything is working great!
